CONSTITUED SESSION OF MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY

On the basis of the Law 56 on local elections (Official Gazzette of the Republic Serbia),no 129/2007, 34/2010 – decision of Law and 54/11) and article 5 of Rules of the Assembly of Palilula Nis (Official Gazette of the City of Nis, No 123/2008) on Friday July 13, at the premises of Nis Cultural Center will be held the constitutive session of the Assembly of Palilula.

On the agenda is the adoption of the Report of the Municipal Election Commission on the set of results for the Election of Assembly Palilula elections held on 6 May and 13 May 2012; education verification committee and adoption of the report, confirming the mandate of the newly elected council members take the oath. The Assembly is scheduled and the election of the Assembly and the appointment of Secretary of the Assembly of Palilula and the establishment of the Commission on Administrative and Mandate-Immunity Issues.

The Assembly of Palilula Municipality numbers 25 councilors. According to number of votes and got mandates the state according to election lists is the following: Pokrenimo Palilulu, Tomislav Nikolic SNS NS PSS BK PS 7697 votes and 7 mandates, Ujedinjeni regioni Srbije URS Branislav Jovanovic 5831 votes and 5 mandates, Ivica Dacic-SPS PUPS JS 5218 and 5 mandates, Izbor za bolji zivot – Boris Tadic 3977 and 4 mandates, Demokratska stranka Srbije Vojislav Kostunica, 2195 votes and 2 mandates, Cedomir Jovanovic Preokret LDP SPO Zaplanje moja kuca Preokret za Nis) 1885 votes and 1 mandate, Dveri Za zivot Palilule 1880 and one mandate. Election lists: Srpska napredna stranka dr Aleksandar Martinovic with 1338 votes, Refromisticka stranka PhD Milan Visnjic with 1098 votes. Ujedinjena seljacka stranka Marija Miletic – odgovorno za seljake with 432 votes; Romska stranka Jedinstvo –Rom Romese with 307 votes and Group of citizens Udruzeni Srpski pokret Mr Zoran Jovic with 267 votes did not get any mandates.
